The room had a courtyard view and it was spacious. the staff held our bags while we explored before check-in. they offered coffee and water. I found this cute. security felt robust.
i noticed a slight gurgling sound from the shower drain whenever the taps were used, and the water drained a bit slowly during showers.

I loved the location. It was fantastic! Our room had a comfortable king-size bed plus a huge bathroom. The little extras, such as the coffee maker and fridge in the room, were great. I thought having those amenities.
The hotel is on a floor of a building, so it is easy to miss.

i found the penthouse suite quite lovely. the front desk staff were helpful with our transport issues. i really appreciated that the hotel accommodated our needs so well. its location near the duomo was also very convenient for exploring.
the view, while present, was not quite as prominent as i had anticipated. it was a minor point, given all the other wonderful aspects of the hotel, still, it is worth mentioning.
